We aim to process your order 24 hours after you have placed the order, any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. 

If your order has not reached you within the given timeframe then please message us using the contact form.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect. 

We will not accept liability for any missing orders if the tracking for the parcel is showing the order as delivered.
